Hey!!

Here's your guide to make your own Beanie. It's quite easy actually. You can sport your own designs or give them as unique gifts.

The first step is to measure the circumference of your head since, the circumference of the hat needs to be 1" smaller than your head.

Next, you need to gather some yarn, a crochet hook, a plastic tapestry needle, and a pair of scissors. I'm sure you'll get them at your local stationary store or ask your mom, she should definately have a crotchet needle somewhere around.

All you need to use, is the treble stitch in crotchet. Check out the step by step image guide to get the perfect beanie!

Join two ends of a chain and work in a circle to get started. Then join together with a stitch to form a circle. Repeat across the end to the foundation chain. Turn it over when you start your second row. Repeat this step for as many rows as you'd like.

With the tapestry needle, weave the tail back into the stitches of the hat to hide it and your Beanie is complete.
